These are awesome for school lunch boxes, being nut-free and all! Always be sure to use food grade oils, and avoid peppermint if you’re pregnant or breastfeeding.
Ingredients
- 1/2C seed flour (make by grinding sunflower seeds or peptise in blender – 1C seeds = 1.5C flour)
- 1-2T cacao powder
- 1T date paste
- 1T coconut oil
- 3 drops peppermint oil
- 1/2t psyllium
Steps
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Roll into balls and set in the fridge. Roll in shredded coconut if you like to help them hold their shape, if theyβll be sitting in lunch boxes for a few hours.
